Behind Pflege Patienten is the idea that care needs should not have to be passed on individually again and again. A clear regional process is intended to help everyone who seeks or offers care to agree suitable care with each other.
The problem we start from
Anyone organising care often calls many care providers one after another and explains the same care need again and again. Responses arrive scattered or not at all. If only part of the care is missing, the search is particularly laborious. Pflege Patienten is intended to bundle this step: post once, inform regionally, responses in one place.
Operator and development
Pflege Patienten is operated and developed by PHP Schmiede KG in Rheine, Germany. The founder and contact person is Fabian Lücker.
