A care network grows locally.
Within a region, Pflege Patienten connects everyone who seeks care with home care services and care providers that offer it. A care request only makes sense if, in a region, care needs are posted and care providers take part. That is why Pflege Patienten is organised regionally.

What ‘available’ means
Available means: in the region you can seek and offer care. This is not a commitment that individual care providers have free capacity.
We only name regions where Pflege Patienten is actually available. We do not derive a public map from the number or location of accounts or care needs.
How you can take part
Offer care
Register your location free of charge. We answer questions about the launch in your region through the contact form – with the postcode of your location.
Seek care
Hospitals, practices and advisory services help a region to get started because they post care needs. Register your organisation free of charge.
Launch together
For a regional launch we approach those seeking and those offering care in a region together. There is no fixed minimum number of participants for this.
