Receive care requests for household help and everyday support
Registration and the directory entry are free of charge; you take over requests with the location subscription (€99.00 plus VAT per location per month). We cannot promise how many requests will come in for your region. For recognised services under Section 45a SGB XI, household help services, everyday companions and supervision services.
What is Pflege Patienten?
Pflege Patienten is a referral platform: hospitals, advice centres, home care services and private individuals post a care need, registered providers in the region are informed and can express interest.

Requests may concern these service areas, for example. We cannot promise whether or how many requests will come in for your region.
Household help
Help with running the household that is needed for everyday life.
Everyday support
Companionship and support in everyday life, for example with errands.
Individual supervision
Supervision of individual people in need of care at home.
What the draft law means for providers
Under the draft PNOG, a social space budget is to be usable from 2027 only for recognised everyday support services. Whether and how this affects demand is open; the draft may still change.
Whether services can be billed depends on the recognition, the federal state and the statutory rules in force at the time.

How it works

Register your service in the portal free of charge.
2. Set up
You set your service area and services yourself.
3. Proof
You provide proof of your recognition; we check it.
4. View requests
You decide yourself whether to express interest. There is no obligation to accept.
Your entry
Once your proof has been checked, your entry shows the note “Section 45a recognition checked”.
What does it cost?
The location subscription costs €99.00 plus VAT per location per month.
It is required to take over requests.
