Pflege Patienten is offered by PHP Schmiede KG, Hagenstr. 18, 48429 Rheine, Germany. For questions about data protection and to exercise your rights, you reach us at datenschutz@pflege-patienten.com. Please do not send patient records or sign-in data by ordinary email.

On behalf of an organisation

If an organisation posts a case, it is responsible for this case data, and we process it on its behalf under Art. 28 GDPR. The basis is the data processing agreement (DPA) that the organisation accepts in the portal; you also find its wording on the website: Data processing agreement. Please address questions about this case data to the organisation that posted the case first; if they reach us, we pass them on and support the handling.

Under our own responsibility

For requests posted by private individuals, the user accounts, contracts, billing and the website, PHP Schmiede KG is itself responsible.

Service providers

• Hosting and backups: Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen. Processing takes place in data centres in Germany.
• We send the portal’s emails through our own mail server; its servers are also operated by Hetzner Online GmbH.

We inform organisations in advance about a change of sub-processors; they can object.

The website does not include any analytics or advertising services and loads no fonts, maps or videos from third parties.
