Registration
How to create your account.
Registering and posting care needs are free of charge; offering care costs a fixed price per location. You create a personal portal account, confirm your email address and then complete your details. Before requests are exchanged, the operator checks your details.
For home care services, care providers and hospitals
1. Create an account
Create your personal portal account – please use your work email address.
2. Confirm your email address
You receive an email with a confirmation link. The portal deletes unconfirmed registrations automatically after a set period.
3. Create the organisation and its first location
Type and name of the organisation, for care providers the institution code (IK number), plus address, service area and activities of the location.
4. Verification and approval
The operator first checks your organisation and then approves the location. You receive an email each time.
Seek care, offer care or both
Every location has its own activities: ‘Seek care (enter care needs)’ and ‘Offer care (accept patients)’. A location can do both.
Offering care requires the institution code (IK number) of the organisation, and before approval the service profile must contain at least one type of care and one service category. It decides which patients you receive requests for.
Medical practices and advisory services have no IK number; they enter care needs. The operator checks their details manually.
For private individuals and relatives
1. Choose your own entry
Private individuals register through an entry of their own. A full name is not needed – a first name is enough, for example ‘Family M.’.
2. Confirm your email address
Confirm your address via the link in the email. The portal deletes unconfirmed registrations after a set period.
3. Complete your details
Postcode, town and phone number. We do not need the street and house number.
4. Activation, then enter your care needs
The operator checks your details and activates your account. After that you enter your care needs or those of your relative.
Team and secure sign-in
Everyone works with an account of their own. The administrators of your organisation invite further people to the team and assign their role: Read only, Case handling, Administration or Audit/IT. Private individuals work with one access.
Sign-in is protected by a second factor (app code with recovery codes): it is mandatory for hospitals, other organisations can make it binding for their team, and private individuals use it voluntarily. If your organisation requires the second factor, you set it up when you sign in.
