What does Pflege Patienten cost?

Free of charge

• Private individuals and relatives: registration and requests cost nothing.
• Hospitals, practices and counselling services: there is no platform fee for posting a care need.
• Care services and care providers: registration, approval, notices about new care needs, questions and refusals cost nothing.

This says nothing about how the later care is financed – that depends on the long-term care or health insurance fund or on the agreement with the care provider.

Location subscription for care services and care providers

• Price: €99.00 plus VAT per location and contract month. No commission per patient, no fee per request, no price per member of staff.
• Start: with the first expression of interest of a location – only after you have explicitly confirmed the price and the terms of contract in a separate step. A registration does not start a subscription, and other locations are not affected.
• Term: no minimum term; can be cancelled at the end of the current contract month.
• Billing: per contract month; the invoice is available as a PDF in the portal. Nothing is debited.
• Price changes are announced in advance by email; you can cancel beforehand.
• Contracting party is your organisation: subscription and contract apply per location.

After a cancellation, ongoing coordination remains possible; new expressions of interest need a new subscription.
