Pricing & registration
How do I register?
The process for care services, care providers, hospitals, practices and counselling services and for private individuals – from the account to the approval.
Registration is free and does not start a subscription. It starts on the sign-in page of the portal; on the website, Create an account leads there.
For organisations – care services, care providers, hospitals, medical practices and counselling services
- On the sign-in page, click No account yet? Register now and create your personal account – preferably with your work email address. In doing so you confirm the privacy notice and agree to the terms of use.
- Confirm your email address via the link in the email.
- Sign in and create your organisation: the organisation, the first location and the activities of the location – “Seek care (post care needs)”, “Offer care (accept patients)” or both. A location that offers care needs the institution code (IK number) and fills in the service profile before the approval.
- The operator first checks the organisation and then approves the location. You receive an email each time.
Whoever creates the organisation receives the role “Administration” and can invite the team straight away; every other person works with an account of their own. If your organisation already works in the portal, do not create it again – ask its administrators to invite you to the team.
Organisations that post cases accept the data processing agreement (DPA) once; you find it in the portal under “Settings” → “Legal information”. For hospitals the second factor is mandatory at sign-in.
For private individuals and relatives
- On the sign-in page, click Looking for care for yourself or a relative? Register here as a private individual and create your account.
- Confirm your email address and then add postcode, town and phone number. We do not need the street and house number; a display name is enough as a name.
- The operator checks your details and approves your account.
How long a registration that was not completed is kept is listed in How long do we keep what?.
